Ensuring high standards of safety and product excellence.
Ensure efficient operation of production machines and maintain quality standards by making machine adjustments and modifications.

Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Ltd (BCASEL) is an EASA and CAA approved maintenance repair organization licensed to provide line and base maintenance services on 737 NG/Max, 777 and 787 aircraft.
Due to continuous expansion,they are looking for Structural Mechanics to join your organization. Prospective candidates must demonstrate recent maintenance experience on a 737 NG/Max, 777, 787 or similar aircraft.
The position is based in the London Gatwick hangar and works in shifts. A degree of flexibility is expected, and shift patterns will change as needed to meet business needs and operational requirements.
This role will report to the Maintenance Manager – Production.
Responsibility
Perform structural repairs and modifications to aircraft under the supervision of a licensed aeronautical engineer.
Complete all assigned work in a timely manner to optimize aircraft downtime.
Ensure that aircraft technical records, maintenance documents, work packages and area transfers are completed accurately and within established deadlines with licensed aircraft engineers.
Highlight any technical issues, discrepancies or other issues to the Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
Maintains high standards of creation and cleanliness in designated work areas.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company processes and procedures.
Report all incidents and incidents to the Boeing Safety Management System.
Carry out any reasonable activity as required, including working at London Gatwick Airport.
Required Qualifications
Have completed a recognized apprenticeship, formal training program or can demonstrate comparable qualifications and experience.
Experience working in a line or base maintenance environment.
Extensive technical knowledge in aircraft maintenance and structural modifications of the Boeing model.
Be a team player and take advantage of opportunities to exceed internal and external customer expectations.
A flexible workforce ready to adjust schedules according to operational needs.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint with ability to learn internal systems.
